FrontLine Call Center is hiring reps to assist with inbound phone and chat support from Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Washington. Best Western is hiring for a Regional Revenue Manager in Phoenix, AZ..


Responsibilities:

  • Consult weekly with hotels on pricing, rate strategy, and yield management

  • Advise hotels on third-party website marketing, online media presence, social media, and consumer review sites

  • Use industry reporting to evaluate the success of assigned hotels

  • Identify and develop revenue opportunities

  • Perform competitive market analysis on a weekly basis

  • Create and maintain demand forecasts and pace reports for each property

  • Conduct all rate changes on behalf of each property using the Property Management System and Best Western’s proprietary systems

  • Consult with hotels on corporate, group and negotiated rates


Requirements:

  • A minimum of three plus years of hotel experience in a revenue management role, preferably with multi-property experience

  • Ability to effectively communicate

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work from home uninterrupted

  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to travel (between 3 to 8 times per year)

  • A Certified Hotel Revenue Manager (CHRM) or Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification or the ability to acquire either certification within one year

Pearson is hiring temporary raters/transcribers. For this short term research project, raters/transcribers listen to audio responses of adults whose first language is not English, and they 1) provide a score of how well they can understand the response using a specific scoring rubric, and 2) transcribe the words in the responses using specific transcription notation. All work will be done remotely, and raters/transcribers will work 15-20 hours per week for approximately 2 weeks between January 14th to 31st.


Qualifications:

  • English native speaker

  • Some post-secondary education

  • Typing speed of 55 WPM

  • Ability to work 15 to 20 hours/week

  • Do NOT have teaching experience in ESL or English

  • Do NOT have education in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, English, TESOL

Technical requirements:

  • Good Internet connection

  • Computer (PC or Mac)

  • Earphones/headset

Hourly rate:

Apple is hiring for an At Home Team Manager to manage a team of advisors. This is a work from home position and you can live in any city across the US, you do not need to live in the city this is posted in to be considered. This role requires you to work between the hours of 5 p.m. and 2 a.m. Pacific Standard Time Sunday through Thursday.
