They are currently looking for Full Time Customer Service Reps to work for their Revenue Team. You would be the first point of contact for their customers who call, email, or chat in. You would be providing dynamic and high level logistical support to both customers and mechanics in the field. You must be able to work evenings and weekends. You need a minimum of one year experience in customer support and/or contact center operations. You also need experience providing customer support via email. It would be a bonus if you have automotive industry experience, experience with chat support, and a strong desire to work in a startup environment. They will provide you will a computer, software, and a headset to perform your dutites. This job does not provide benefits, however you will receive competitive compensation, two weeks paid vacation a year & stock options.
