BroadPath Healthcare solutions is hiring for various work from home roles, including Quality Analysts. There are several work from home positions available. Some are phone jobs and some are non phone jobs. There are full time and seasonal positions available. You can find the list of jobs here.
As a Quality Analyst with BroadPath, some of the responsibilities include,
Evaluate recorded calls to identify areas of service delivery that did not meet performance standards
Provide timely feedback to Quality Manager, Call Center Operations, Call Center Leadership and assigned Agents
Provide timely coaching to agents in conjunction with Supervisor to ensure continuous improvement
Collaborate with Quality team to maintain quality standards and ensure proper evaluation methodology
Some of the basic qualifications are,
Experience with health plans plans in a telesales environment
Minimum of one year of recent experience as a call center QA (preferably measuring healthcare team)
Experience measuring employee performance including coaching to call center metrics
Must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
American Express is hiring for their Virtual Customer Care Professional again. They hire for this position every couple of months. They are hiring from all states except HI, CA & AK. This position pays approximately $15+ hourly. As a Virtual Customer Care Professional - Small Business, you would be assisting inbound callers while engaging and consulting with small business owners and decision makers, learning about their needs and recommending the right American Express OPEN products. This position goes very quickly, so apply ASAP!
Here is a list of their qualifications,
Customer service experience (two years+) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness and strong written and verbal communication
Proven success in a customer service and sales environment (two years+)
Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web based environment
Experience owning or working in a small business is a plus
This position operates in a 24/7 environment and we are currently hiring for day and early evening hours.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred; Education benefits available
