This part-time role focuses on maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across assigned markets. The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for inputting roster updates, keeping files organized and complete, and performing routine maintenance to ensure data integrity. Additional administrative tasks may be assigned as needed. This is a good fit for detail-oriented candidates with strong organization skills.


In this role, you’ll support document production and processing services, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery. Responsibilities typically include handling document requests, formatting, quality checks, and meeting client deadlines. This position is well-suited for candidates with prior administrative, legal, or document support experience.


The Refund Specialist II is responsible for validating and tracking credit balances owed to insurance companies, patients, and other payers. This role involves preparing refund requests, understanding payer contracts, posting payments, and supporting cash management activities. The position also includes auditing, reconciliation, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.


This role provides administrative support to utilization management teams by handling documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks. Responsibilities often include processing authorizations, maintaining records, and supporting internal workflows to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Prior healthcare or administrative experience is helpful but not always required.

What equipment do I need to work from home?

Equipment varies depending on the company. You will most likely need internet access, phone service, a telephone, and/or a PC or Mac.

Should I have to pay money to work from home?

Most of the time, you should NOT be paying any money to start doing any type of work from home job. There are some cases where some companies may ask you to pay for your background check. In RARE cases such as with Arise, you may have to pay for your training.

What is a 1099 Job/Independent Contractor?

An independent contractor is a person or business which performs services for another person or entity under a contract between them, with the terms spelled out such as duties, pay, the amount and type of work and other matters.
