Training Manager Needed!
Hello Everyone! I hope you had a great weekend. I am back with another job. This one is with the company Gametime. I have mentioned them frequently and they are also here on the site. Currently, they are looking for a Training Manager. As a Training Manager, you will help build a comprehensive training system, including both internal and external knowledge management programs. You need knowledge of contact center management tools, processes, procedures, and performance metrics with the ability to innovate and improve as needed. You also need a BA/BS, or equivalent experience. This job has benefits, including Medical, Dental & 401K. Some travel could be required with this position.
