Wellthy is seeking a part-time Backup Care Specialist to join their mission-driven team, paying between $19.00 and $24.00 per hour depending on shift and experience. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in offering comprehensive assistance to members seeking temporary and dependable care solutions for their child, adult dependent, or pet during emergencies. The position offers three distinct shift options (Morning: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM ET; Evening: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM ET; and Overnight: 10:30 PM–7:00 AM ET), though candidates should note that these roles require working weekends and holidays.
