Up to 25 hours per week assisting Cleo’s Member Operations team. Handles day-to-day support for members and experts, facilitates communication, and ensures smooth experiences for families using Cleo’s services.

Personify Health – Utilization Review Intake Specialist (Part-Time)

Provides clerical and administrative support within the utilization management division. Manages high-volume member interactions, collects provider and demographic details, and explains pre-certification processes. Weekend availability required.
