WFG is looking for a specialist to audit and prepare legal instruments for recording at County Clerk offices. You will perform quality control reviews, calculate recording fees, and ensure documents comply with state/county statutory requirements. This is a fast-paced role requiring sharp attention to detail and 2+ years of recording experience.
As a Document Specialist, you will manage job orders from law firms and legal professionals. You’ll review inbound orders for accuracy, assign tasks to a national network of process servers, and prepare legal affidavits (like proofs of service) for court submission. This is a vital operational role ensuring legal documents are fulfilled and invoiced correctly.
This is a seasonal contract running from May/June through September 25, 2026. You’ll handle a high volume of support requests (40+ per day) via phone and email to help school districts get their accounts ready for the new school year. This role specifically requires coverage for East Coast hours.
