This is a third shift leadership role overseeing IT service delivery operations. This seasonal role begins in February and supports the Catalyst Filmmaker Prep Program leading up to the Catalyst Forum. Responsibilities include tracking and distributing filmmaker deliverables, assisting with advisor coordination, supporting event materials, and helping with logistics before and during the forum. This role is well suited for someone organized, detail focused, and comfortable working across multiple projects.
This customer support role involves assisting users and creators through Intercom chat. Team members troubleshoot issues, provide clear guidance, escalate complex problems when needed, and maintain high customer satisfaction. There are multiple shift options available including overnight, making this a strong option for candidates seeking schedule flexibility in a fast paced tech environment.
