The specialist provides in-clinic administrative inventory support across an assigned territory, monitoring discrepancies, promoting adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and acting as the primary liaison between the inventory team and local clinics. The role requires 1–2 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, retail operations, or a medical office setting, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel. Weekends are required.


This full-time, "no phone" position offers a compensation range of $20.00 – $29.00 hourly, plus bonus eligibility. The clerk supports Skilled Nursing Facilities by analyzing data to identify and bill Medicare Part B ancillary services, verifying patient eligibility, and tracking claim status. Candidates should have strong computer skills, comfort with EMR platforms, and the ability to work independently; occasional travel may be required. This role is remote eligible in most states, excluding AK, HI, KY, MA, NJ, NY, ND, PA, RI, and WY.


This role focuses on guiding customers through the funding process from application to closing for home equity products, ensuring every application is handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The processor collaborates closely with applicants, underwriters, and third-party vendors to facilitate timely approvals. Ideal candidates possess exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.


This temporary role offers a pay rate between $19.00 and $20.00 per hour. The specialist performs specialized processing duties in a multi-bank environment, specifically focusing on Lockbox and Remote Deposit services. Responsibilities include balancing payment forms and checks, preparing customer deposits, and entering payments into processing equipment. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED and one year of banking or related experience, along with proficient 10-key calculator and mathematical skills.
