You will review medical files for accuracy, ensure proper categorization, and help streamline the workflow for insurance and legal professionals. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with data and technology in a fast-paced environment.


As a Medical Billing Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end billing process for mental health services. Your duties will include submitting claims, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring that all insurance information is updated and accurate. You will work behind the scenes to support clinicians and ensure the financial health of the organization.


This position requires a self-starter to build and maintain course schedules in the Student Information System. You will respond to curriculum development questions, rebalance courses to optimize student/instructor ratios, and monitor course attempts to adjust schedules proactively. This role ensures all courses are available and meet quality assurance standards.
