You have to act fast though because chat job postings never last more than a few days. Chat Technical Support Advisors provide customer service to resolve technology questions, challenges and problems through a series of trouble shooting activities. You will need a High School Diploma or GED, and 6 months customer service experience. Starting pay is between $12 & $14 hourly. There is earning potential of up to $17 hourly and training is paid.
