Provides customer support via email and other digital channels, assists customers with product questions, and ensures a positive customer experience.


Responsible for processing and maintaining patient health records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.


Coordinates intake activities, gathers and verifies information, and supports case management operations while maintaining accurate documentation.


Reviews and codes medical records for accuracy and compliance, supporting billing and reimbursement processes. This is a PRN, part-time role.

What equipment do I need to work from home?
