EXL is hiring for remote phone auditors. As a Premium Pivot Auditor, you will complete audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies, worker’s compensation and General Liability. There are benefits for eligible employees. As far as qualifications, you must have premium auditor experience, preferably 2 years or more. You must also have Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll or other related work experience, and also have an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or Bookkeeping. They will provide most of the equipment, you will only need to provide the monitor, surge protector, and the high speed internet service. You will need a high school diploma and 3 years of steady job experience in a consultative customer service oriented and/or sales role. You will also need 1 year of successfully meeting specific metrics/goals in a performance-driven role, including high customer satisfaction scores, negotiating, overcoming objections, and/or upselling and cross-selling.
