Hi Everyone! I hope you're having a great weekend. I am back with a new job. This job is with the company Academy of Art University. They are looking for Online Help Desk Technicians. An Online Help Desk Technician supports faculty and students with any questions they may have regarding the use of online educational systems, browser configurations, the downloading and uploading of files, and any other technical or administrative issues they might encounter while participating in their online classes.
