This role does not require any experience and is responsible for receiving and processing customer orders by phone while ensuring all customer requests are handled promptly, efficiently, and professionally. As a primary point of contact, the CSR focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering a positive experience, and processing orders according to company standards. This position is part time and scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with cross training in other departmental functions as needed.
Serves on the front lines of reader and subscriber support by handling customer service inquiries through Zendesk via email, phone, and web forms. This role also includes public facing engagement through social media, such as responding to direct messages, comments, and performing light community moderation to support a positive online environment.
Provides customer support through video, phone, and chat while assisting clients with tax return preparation. Responsibilities include navigating tax software, addressing technical issues, answering tax related questions, preparing returns, documenting customer interactions, and delivering a high quality customer experience throughout the tax filing process.
Supports the sales team through daily outreach, customer interaction, and value added projects. This role offers exposure to Hilti’s software products and provides hands on experience supporting the sales process, making it a strong opportunity for those interested in future full time growth.
This temporary role supports the administration of employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans. Responsibilities include system processing such as benefit enrollments, life event changes, data audits, and ensuring accuracy across benefits related records. The position is expected to last approximately 12 to 18 months.
